Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Wishart Safety Training website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Description
Wishart Safety Training provides professional CPR, First Aid, AED, OSHA, and other workplace safety training services throughout the Tampa Bay area. Our services include:
- BLS CPR Training for Healthcare Providers
- First Aid, CPR, and AED Training
- OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Certification
- Bloodborne Pathogens Training
- Corporate and On-site Training Programs
Registration and Booking
When registering for our training courses, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Course availability is subject to change, and we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses with reasonable notice.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. For corporate clients, payment arrangements may be made in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled training session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible.
Certification
Upon successful completion of training courses, participants will receive appropriate certifications. Certifications are issued by authorized bodies (such as the American Heart Association) and are valid for the period specified on the certification card. It is the participant's responsibility to maintain current certifications.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Wishart Safety Training or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Wishart Safety Training provides training for educational purposes. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of the information provided. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wishart Safety Training, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Governing Law

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
